If you arrive at our site via a paid advert and don't fill in any form, we may still receive a basic, anonymised signal that an ad was clicked. This does not include your name, phone number, or any details about your project unless you go on to submit the form.
We process your contact and project details on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you've actively made — and, where you proceed with a project, to perform a contract with you. Where we use Facebook's advertising tools to measure ad performance, this relies on legitimate interest in running effective marketing, balanced against your privacy rights.
Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies (_fbc, _fbp) in your browser if you arrive via a Facebook or Instagram advert. This helps us see which ads result in enquiries and lets Meta build a picture of ad performance on our behalf. We also send a server-side copy of enquiry events to Meta (via their Conversions API) to keep this measurement accurate even if cookies are blocked.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so won't stop you submitting a quote request — it just means we won't be able to tell which advert (if any) led you to us.
We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") to run our enquiry and quoting process. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, they are required to provide an adequate level of protection for your data (for example, through Standard Contractual Clauses).
If you enquire but don't proceed with a project, we'll keep your details for a reasonable period to allow for follow-up, after which they're deleted or anonymised. If you become a client, we keep project-related records for as long as necessary to deliver the work and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
